Light and Refreshing Vodka Lemonade

It’s summer. It’s hot!  How about a frozen drink to serve when your guests arrive?

I’ve got the perfect frozen drink!  Here is why…

  • It’s light and refreshing.
  • It’s so quick and easy to make.
  • Can be made days in advance!
  • Can make multiple batches for increased quantity.
  • Can keep the ingredients on hand.
  • It’s loved by all!

It’s called Vodka Lemonade.  Here is the recipe:

In a plastic container, empty one large can(12 oz) of frozen lemonade. Fill that can half full (or according to taste) of vodka. Stir to dissolve. Add one liter of 7-Up (regular or diet). Stir. Replace lid.  Freeze overnight.

The vodka keeps the liquid from freezing solid. Remove from the freezer as guests arrive. Stir.  The drink will be slushy. Serve.

See how easy?

Enjoy!
